This rug was hand-knotted using 100% local wool, in and around Hamadan in NW Persia, one of the oldest weaving centers in the world. Usually of tribal origin, Antique Hamadans are colorful, durable, and blend well with traditional and modern décor. This rug reflects a detailed floral design in a pleasing warm color palette of brick, blue, fawn and browns. Condition is good. Great accent piece for your home or office. Professionally cleaned.
